New Fortress Energy's finance chief Guinta resigns 22-Aug 05:51

New Fortress Energy (NFE.O) ‌said on Friday its Chief Financial Officer, ​Christopher Guinta, ​would step down, effective ⁠August 21, 2026.

Shares ​of the company ​were up about 1.4% in extended trading.

The company ​said it intends ​to begin a search ‌process, ⁠including both internal and external candidates, to identify a ​new CFO.

Guinta ​has ⁠served as the liquefied ​natural gas developer's ​finance ⁠chief since August 2018, according to ⁠its ​website.
