Nvidia to invest up to $3 billion in Lancium, the Information reports 08-Aug 09:51

Nvidia (NVDA.O) will invest ‌up to $3 billion in Blackstone (BX.N) backed power ​infrastructure developer Lancium, ​the company behind Stargate, ⁠the Information ​reported on Friday.

Nvidia will ​get a 20% stake in Lancium for the ​first $2 billion ​investment, and its stake could ‌grow ⁠to an additional $1 billion if Lancium hits certain thresholds, the ​report ​said, ⁠citing people familiar with the ​matter.

Nvidia and Lancium ​did ⁠not immediately respond to Reuters requests ⁠for ​comment.
