US to lift ban on Mexican cattle imports, WSJ reports 25-Jul 05:15

The U.S Agriculture Department is ​lifting a more ‌than yearlong ban on Mexican cattle ​imports, the ​Wall Street Journal reported ⁠on Friday, ​citing an interview ​with Agriculture Department Secretary Brooke Rollins.

The U.S. plans ​to resume ​importing Mexican cattle at ‌the ⁠port of entry in Douglas, Arizona, in 30 ​days and ​eventually ⁠open two additional ports ​of entry ​in ⁠New Mexico, the report added.
